Here are some things other nannies may do that should make you call the employer:

1. The nanny hits a child.
2. The nanny curses or uses harsh and hurtful language to the child.
3. The child appears to be clinically depressed.
4. The nanny encourages her charge to bully or hit other children.
5. The nanny does anything illegal like shop lifting or running red lights.
6. The nanny is drinking alcohol on the job, or appears to have been drinking alcohol on the job.
7. The nanny is doing drugs on the job or appears to be doing drugs on the job.
8. The nanny is sexually abusing or acting sexually inappropriate with a child.
9. The nanny views porn or allows the child to view porn on the computer or any other form.
10. The nanny appears to be bulimic or anorexic or suicidal.
