find a nanny

This is a good time to do some research also – if there are questions about what you should do with a nanny once you hire them, like if you should give paid sick leave or if you should pay for the nanny’s car insurance, or insist that she buy it herself -- this is a good time to find out what her previous employers did so that you can either do the same, or make an improvement on the situation for her.
